2006 World Youth Day committee formed.
A group of the friars have met to begin making arrangements for the Order's involvement in World Youth Day 2008, which will be held in Sydney. The committee consists of Fr Dominic Murphy, O.P., a chaplain to the University of Sydney, Br Mannes Tellis, O.P., who made the journey to Rome to receive the World Youth Day pilgrim Cross and Icon, and Br Paul Rowse, O.P.
